Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
8 oz. pkg. noodles
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Add the next 5 ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook noodles in boiling water.
While noodles are cooking, mix the cream cheese, sour cream and chopped onions. After meat and noodles are cooked, mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with grated cheese.
