Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can coconut
    1 unbaked 8 or 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Mix
    sugar,
    salt
    and\tmargarine or butter.
    Stir well. Add eggs, mix well.
    Add buttermilk, vanilla and coconut.
    Mix well and
    pour
    into
    unbaked pie shell and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour, checking for doneness.
