1/4 lb. mushrooms
2 to 3 cans chopped clams, drained
1/8 c. dried basil leaves
1/2 c. snipped fresh parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. almonds or pine nuts
2 cloves fresh garlic
1/3 c. olive oil
1/8 to 1/4 c. chicken broth or water
12 oz. spaghetti noodles
