Golden Blend Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. frozen Golden Blend, thawed (peas, carrots, onions)
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. onion salt
3/4 c. milk
6 slices American processed cheese
bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Thaw vegetables under cool tap water. Drain.
Melt margarine in skillet.
Stir in flour and onion salt. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
Add cheese, stirring until melted.
Place vegetables in cheese sauce.
Pour mixture into baking dish.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Cheese may be omitted to obtain a cream sauce.
