Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 cans whole kernel white corn
1 lb. bacon or 1 jar real bacon pieces
Preparation

Cook bacon.
Cook onion in butter until soft, then blend in flour and salt.
Add sour cream gradually to flour mixture, stirring constantly.
Heat to boil and add corn.
Bring to a boil again and fold in 1/2 cup crumbled bacon or 1/2 jar bacon pieces. Turn into greased baking dish and garnish with remaining crumbled bacon and parsley.
