Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 (7 oz.) bag flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (16 oz.) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
2 deep baked pie shells
1 (12 oz.) jar caramel topping
Preparation

Melt butter in heavy pan.
Add coconut and nuts.
Cook and stir until golden brown.
Set aside.
Mix cream cheese and milk and beat until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping.
