Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter, Crisco and sugar well.
    Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add alternately with milk.
    Grease pan and line bottom with wax paper. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 95 minutes.
    Do not open oven until cake has baked for at least 80 minutes.
