Balinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked saffron, chilled (yellow rice)
    2 c. plain rice, cooked and chilled
    1 1/2 c. celery, sliced diagonally
    1 green pepper, sliced diagonally
    3 c. firm cooked chicken, cut into 1-inch chunks
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients with the dressing.
    Chill for several hours.
