Quickie Hawaiian Pork(Stove Top) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean pork roast, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 (14 oz.) can pineapple chunks with juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Combine meat, pineapple with juice, vinegar and ginger. Simmer one hour, covered.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 6.
