Easy Sour Cream Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 sticks oleo
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut

Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar well.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Then add dry ingredients with cream.
Add vanilla and coconut last.
Grease and flour large tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes. This makes a large cake.
