Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices cheese
    8 eggs, beaten (including any seasonings you want)
    1 c. milk
    additional filling as desired (mushrooms, etc.)
Preparation
    Butter pie pan and arrange cheese slices on bottom.
    Top with any additional filling.
    Beat eggs and milk with fork.
    Pour over cheese; bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or less, if preferred.
