Ingredients

4 egg whites
2 c. nonhydrogenated peanut butter
1 2/3 c. granulated sugar
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Set aside.
Combine peanut butter and sugar; fold in egg whites.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto Teflon baking sheets.
Flatten slightly with prongs of fork.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Remove to wire rack to cool.
