Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Hash Browns
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 16 oz. Sour Cream
    1/4 c. Onion-chopped
    1/2 stick Butter
    Salt and Pepper
    1 pkg. (2 cups) shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
    3/4 c. Milk
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onion, 1 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream, soup and salt and pepper in a large pot on the stove. In a casserole dish melt butter and place mixture in dish. Add remaining cheese and milk. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hr.
