*Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
1 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Blend sugar, cornstarch, salt and nutmeg.
Gradually add boiling water, stirring constantly, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until thick and clear.
Add butter or margarine, lemon juice and lemon.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
