Strawberry Tiffany Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 3/4 c. milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip topping
Preparation

Combine wafer crumbs and margarine; reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture for topping.
Press remaining crumb mixture onto the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
To softened cream cheese gradually add 1/2 cup milk, mixing until well blended.
Add pudding mix, remaining milk and lemon rind.
Beat slowly, about 1 minute.
Pour carefully over crust and then cover with sliced strawberries.
Spread Cool Whip over the strawberries and top with remaining wafer crumbs.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
