Savory Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Combine salad dressing, lemon juice and seasonings.
Mix well. Pour over cut chicken.
Chill for several hours.
Reserve salad dressing mixture.
Bake chicken, skin side up on rack in baking pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Brushing occasionally with salad dressing mixture.
