Baked Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 bananas
    1 lemon
    1 c. brown sugar
    butter
Preparation
    Slice bananas lengthwise.
    Cut in half.
    Place in casserole; squeeze lemon juice over bananas.
    Cover the bananas with brown sugar.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 until tender. Turn over once.
    Makes 8 servings.
