Kendra'S Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Spy's apples, washed and cored
    cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Steam apples in a steamer pan until soft and mushy.
    Then run apples through a sieve and add sugar and cinnamon to taste. Reserve liquid and run through a cheesecloth and there you have apple juice.
