Crunchie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. drained fruit
Preparation
    Place margarine in an 11-inch pie pan and let melt.
    Make a batter of the brown sugar, flour and buttermilk and pour into the pan with the melted margarine.
    Pour the 2 cups of drained fruit on the batter.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    (If using sour cherries, add 1/2 cup white sugar.)
