Diabetic Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg or substitute
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. raisins or cranberries
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. minus 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingrediets together (sifting not necessary).
    Add wet ingredients.
    Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 t 20 minutes.
    Produces pale, soft-like cookies. Yields approximately 3 dozen.
