Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 small onion in rings
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    about 1 lb. mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and bring to a boil. Add about 1 pound mushrooms and simmer 5 to 6 minutes.
    Flavor improves if let set for a few hours.
    Is best when prepared with fresh mushrooms.
