Elephant Ears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 pkg. yeast
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat, do not boil, milk, sugar and shortening until shortening is melted.
    Add yeast and flour and mix until smooth.
    Let rise about 30 minutes.
