Beef Strips In Tomato Sauce(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 servings noodles, rice or toast points
    1 to 1 1/4 lb. boneless beef top round steak (1/2-inch thick), pounded and cut into very thin strips
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Prepare noodles, rice or toast points conventionally while microwaving beef.
    In 2-quart casserole, toss together meat, flour and soup mix. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Microwave on High 5 minutes. Stir. Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
    Microwave 15 to 20 minutes or until meat is tender, stirring after half the cooking time.
    Stir and let stand 5 minutes. Serve over toast points, noodles or rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
