Peach Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (No. 2 1/2) can peach halves, drained
1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
walnut halves (optional)

Preparation

Roll peach halves in vanilla wafer crumbs until well coated. Place halves, cut side down, in sherbet glasses.
Top peach halves with spoonful of whipped cream and walnuts.
