Fried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tomatoes, firm or unripened
    2 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes in thick crosswise slices.
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Coat with dry mixture.
    Drop into hot fat until golden brown.
    This has been passed on down from generation.
