2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1 c. celery, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 c. lemon peel
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
