Corn Fairfax - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. bacon fat
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    butter
    1/4 c. diced celery
    2 c. corn
    1 Tbsp. salt
    grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2/3 c. green beans
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in bacon fat for 5 minutes.
    Add corn and beans; cook slowly for 5 minutes.
    Add flour, salt and pepper. Blend and stir in milk and eggs.
    Pour into shallow baking dish. Top with remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
