Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. oleo
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. buttermilk
3 bananas, mashed
2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Add milk.
Add flour.
Add bananas.
Beat at medium speed until well mixed.
Fold in nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
