Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. grated raw carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar, eggs and salad oil.
    Into mixture, blend flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add undrained pineapple, carrots, nuts and vanilla.
    Mix well, but do not overbeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
