Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until done.
