Mother Goose Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 cube butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook to soft ball stage.
    Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla, a little red cake coloring and 1/2 teaspoon soda last thing.
    Pour over 5 or 6 quarts popcorn.
    Cover good and pour out on cookie sheet to cool.
