Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 large box instant chocolate pudding
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Preparation
    Mix together flour, butter and pecans.
    Pat into the bottom of an 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
