Spiced Peach Salad * - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 2/3 c. peach juice
1 jar spiced peaches
1 pkg. orange Jell-O
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. orange juice

Preparation

Drain peaches and measure juice.
Heat juice to boiling point. Dissolve Jell-O in hot juice.
Chill.
Soften cream cheese with milk.
Add nuts.
Cut up peaches and add to Jell-O mixture. Congeal until firm.
Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.
