Skillet Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add onion, green peppers, rice and beef. Stir over high heat until lightly browned.
    Add tomato sauce and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
