Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. lightly crushed Raisin Bran
1 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream shortening with both sugars.
Add eggs, one at a time, and blend well.
Stir in Raisin Bran and oatmeal.
Stir in flour, baking powder and baking soda into creamed mixture.
Add vanilla. Roll into small balls.
Place on greased baking sheet and press with fork to flatten.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
