Meatball Sub Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. loaf Italian bread cut into 1-inch slices
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise, regular kind not fat-free or light
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded mozzarella, divided
28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. water
2 minced garlic cloves
Preparation

Combine onions, crumbs, Parmesan and beef.
Make 1-inch balls, bake on rack in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until done.
Arrange bread in single layer in ungreased 13 x 9 pan.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning and pepper, spread on bread, sprinkle with 1/2 c. mozzarella.
Combine meatballs, sauce, water and garlic, pour over bread and cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with rest of mozzarella.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
This is easier to eat than a meatball sub!
