Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer, boiled and meat taken off
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup (no water)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. oleo, melted
Preparation

Drain the cooked broccoli and put on bottom of greased casserole.
Add chicken.
Mix the soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice.
Pour over the chicken.
Mix the bread crumbs with the melted oleo.
Pour over the soup.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 or 30 minutes.
