Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large whole green chile or 3 small cans chiles
1 lb. grated Jack cheese
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. flour
1 small can evaporated milk
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer half of chiles and half of cheese. Repeat, but save 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
Beat eggs.
Add flour and milk; beat until blended.
Pour over chiles and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Spread tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
