Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. croutons
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Heat butter with soup and blend in sour cream. Add onion and cheese to soup mixture.
    Stir in drained potatoes. Pour into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle buttered croutons over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
