Cream Cocoa Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/8 tsp. salt
    butter (size of an egg)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add all, except cream and vanilla, and mix.
    Then add cream and beat until consistency to spread.
    Add vanilla.
