Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. beet juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) can shoestring beets or sliced and cut, drained well
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water; add sugar, beet juice, vinegar, horseradish and sour cream.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add beets and chill.
