Do Ahead Party Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes and boil in salted water.
    Drain well; mash until smooth.
    Mix cream cheese with sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
    Beat into potatoes and whip until smooth and fluffy.
    Place in greased 2-quart casserole; dot with butter and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
    Tastes best if refrigerated 12 to 24 hours before baking.
    Serves 8 to 10.
