Orange Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1 c. pecans
    6 slices bacon
    1 small can mandarin oranges
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp and set aside.
    Be sure to save the grease.
    Break lettuce into bite size pieces.
    Add oranges (drained).
    Toast pecans for 3 to 5 minutes at 350\u00b0 (careful, they burn easily).
    Add pecans to salad and stir.
    Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
    Then add bacon pieces.
