Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/4 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
3 ripe bananas, mashed
Preparation

To sugar, shortening
and
egg\tmixture add milk.
In a separate bowl combine soda, baking powder and flour; add nuts. Mix thoroughly and
add
alternately
to sugar and egg mixture with mashed bananas.
Bake
in 2 greased loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
