Chicken And Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1/3 onion, chopped
4 chicken breasts, boneless
1/2 lb. mushrooms, cut in half
1/2 c. white wine
1 c. chicken stock
salt
pepper
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 lb. kuski noodles
Preparation

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
Place olive oil and garlic in saute pan.
Add chicken and mushrooms.
Saute until tender. Add wine and reduce in half.
Add chicken stock and salt and pepper to taste.
Add water to flour to make a roux and add to sauce.
Heat until sauce thickens.
Add parsley.
Pour sauce over pasta and serve.
