Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can condensed milk
3 c. hot water
2 c. finely diced bread
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine milk and hot water; pour over bread.
Set aside to cool until lukewarm.
Stir in eggs, butter, salt and vanilla flavoring.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Set in shallow pan of hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until blade of knife inserted near the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
