Creamy Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
3/4 c. syrup from fruit cocktail
1 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. drained fruit cocktail
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped unpeeled apple
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. Carnation milk (undiluted)
Preparation
-
Heat syrup until hot.
Pour over gelatin.
Mix all other ingredients.
Pour gelatin over salad.
Mix well.
Pour into shallow bowl.
Chill and serve each square in lettuce cup.
