Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices white bread (cubed)
    1 lb. sausage; browned and drained
    1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
    8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced jalapeno
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    dash of garlic powder and salt
    salsa
Preparation
    Place bread in the bottom of a 13x9 inch lightly greased baking dish.
    Layer sausage, then cheese.
    Set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour over bread and sausage mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 45 minutes. Serve with salsa.
