Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (8-inch) graham cracker pie shell
Preparation

Cook apricots with 1 1/2 cups water in saucepan until tender. Blend sugar, salt, cornstarch and 3 tablespoons apricot liquid in small bowl.
Stir into apricots.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Cool.
Spoon into pie shell.
Chill until serving time.
