Chicken And Rice(Light) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 jar mushrooms or fresh mushrooms if you prefer
1 onion (medium)
1 c. converted rice
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine.
Add two cups chicken broth from cooked chicken.
Bring to boil.
Add converted rice and cook, covered, for 15 minutes.
Chop the celery and green pepper. Add to rice along with 2 cups chicken, milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer 20 minutes, covered.
